This plot offers charming sceneries, it has mostly an even terrain, an irrigation water connection, and is accessible by a convenient dirt road. Distances: 5 km from village of Ubeda, 15 min ride from Pinoso, 17 min from Monovar. Due to its size, this is NOT a building parcel.
About the area: Monovar (Alicante, Spain), known for its stunning countryside, and welcoming atmosphere, offers a perfect blend of traditional Spanish culture and modern conveniences. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards and rolling hills, the town is renowned for its quality of life, with excellent local amenities, schools, and easy access to both the vibrant cities of Alicante and Elche, as well as airport and Mediterranean beaches. The region of Murcia is a major producer of fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Almond trees are particularly important, as local dry, warm climate, and fertile soil are ideal for their cultivation.
